Instructions

Do you like art? If so, what kind of art? If we think about it, we all like art in some shape or form. For some, art is a beautiful oil painting on canvas. To another, art is expressed through dance, while to another, it is expressed through one's fingers as one molds and shapes new objects made with clay. Did you know that written text can also be art? I would like all of you to be artists with the freedom to express yourselves in any way that you would like.

Every Monday morning, I will post a topic on my blog, which you are reading these instructions from. Once you have read my topic, you will need to leave a comment on my page. However, this "comment" should be more than one sentence. It should be your response to the question I am posting on my blog. I would really like to encourage you all to try to write as much as you can. Although I would like for you to write as much as you can, please do not spend more than 30 minutes writing them. If you read a comment from your classmates that you find to be interesting, feel free to comment to them as well! Lets try to make this as interactive via the Internet as possible. Your responses and comments will need to be completed by 8:00 p.m. every Friday. There will be no exception! Therefore, plan on completing this assignment before the Friday deadline in order to ensure that you receive full credit, which will be 10 points for each week.

On a final note, these blogs are intended to be fun and to allow you to further practice writing in English in a variety of avenues. Be adventurous and express yourselves! Although we may occasionally use some of your blog entries for grammar practice, these blogs are primarily focused on content. Have fun, and do not forget, all of you are artists!!

Question 7: Why Does This Exist?

As you know, this world is full of living creatures.  We have plants, animals, HUMANS, etc.  They all have a purpose and play some role in life.  However, is there anything that currently exists which you wonder why they exist?  As I was thinking about this question, my first thought was flies. To me, they are so annoying and dirty.  I at first wondered, "Why do flies exist?"  However, I realized that they serve the purpose of being food to other living creatures, i.e. a frog. 

Therefore, I continued to ponder on this topic a little more and finally came with an answer.  A COCKROACH.  I do not understand their purpose in our lives!!  Why do they exist?  They completely scare me, and I feel itchy, unclean, and squeamish when I see one.

    I understand that the cockroaches exists for the same reason that is serve of being food to other living creatures, but I don't like them. On the environment no have anyone creature that I don't understand his propose. Always when I see a creature that I can't understand I try looking for about and ever I find because I am very curious. So, I don't like all creatures of the world , but I can understand them.

    I think so too. your opinion are right!!!! I really really hate cockroaches. It is disgusting and horrible. they are sooooooooo duty and ugly. And sometimes they can fly. when I is writing this blog, I remind about them, and...... Oh yuck!!!!!! I don't want to think them!!!! So I think they don't need to exist. I hope they left in the world.

    I don’t like insects and cockroaches.
    Therefore, I don’t want to see them as much as possible.
    Recently, when I was eating dinner at Vietnamese restaurant, a cockroach appeared. After that, I lost my appetite.
    I hope that they don’t exist so they don’t appear in front of me.

    I know that the cockroach has no interest, but I had seen and read about the cockroach .Has proven scientific research that cockroaches are found on the surface of the Earth since fifty million years any precedent of our existence on this planet six and forty million years of human existence on planet Earth. Which is estimated four million years and this means it one of the first creatures that are found on the surface of the Earth. Which is the only object in which bacteria and distress. Read also the fact about cockroach if says touching the human body goes to bathe Hahahahahahahaha.

    i understand that a fly exsist to be a food for another creature and also they play an important role in our lives for example bacteria
